I served with Brian in 1985 at Fort Riley Kansas. I had no idea at the time how special he was and the impact he would have on the rest of my adult life. His unique ways made an impact on my life to this day. I am absolutely stunned to see this obituary. My heart is broken. He crossed my mind today and I thought I would do a search for him. I was not expecting this result. My heart hurts for his family.
