'Romeo' was a childhood friend, a close friend, and we had many crazy adventures together. I just found out he had passed, and I want his family to know he had been a true and wonderful friend back in the day. There were a group of us that often hung out- Billie, Dave, Dennis, Deb, Randy, Linda, Rome and myself. Rome was always up for an adventure! After I joined the service we did not have a lot of contact, but I can genuinely say he had a huge heart and would not let down his friends, no matter the need. I do hope he passed peacefully with his loved ones around. Doug Stephenson
