Maureen E. Ryan of 1951 West Fall Road passed away, Monday, June 2, 2008 in the Olean General Hospital. Born Oct. 12, 1930 in Olean she was a daughter of Edward Charles and Mary K. Keating Ryan. Being a life long resident of Olean Ms. Ryan was a member of St. Mary of the Angels Church. Maureen enjoyed painting, baking, doll collecting, singing & big band music, going out for dinner & socializing. She also enjoyed attending day programs "Life Skills" though the Rehabilitation Center. Surviving Maureen are a brother, John E. (Ursula M.) Ryan of Rochester Hills, Michigan; a niece, Paula M. (John) Savoie of Davisburg, Michigan; a nephew, Kevin E. (Beth) Ryan of Mooresville, NC; and five great nieces & nephews. Friends will be received on Wednesday, June 4, 2008 from 2-4 & 7-9 P.M. in the Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, Inc. #646 E. State Street, Olean. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday June 5, 2008 beginning with a prayer service in the funeral home at 9:30 AM followed a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 A.M. in St. Mary of the Angels Church. Burial will be in the St. Bonaventure Cemetery, Olean, NY. Memorials may be made to the Rehabilitation Center 1439 Buffalo St., Olean, N.Y. 14760.
