Alice B. Helander, 94, formerly of Walker Ave, Bradford passed away Tuesday, Dec. 18, 2012, at the Pines Health & Rehab following a lengthy illness. Alice was born April 24, 1918 in Allegany and was a daughter of Ralph and Anna Conhiser Bozard. Alice spent most of her adult life in Bradford where she raised her daughters. She returned to Allegany upon her retirement in 1980. Alice is a former member of St. John's church. Alice is survived by two daughters, Sandra H. (James) Camberg of Allegany, and Marcia A. (Bruce) Campbell of Palm Bay, FL; four grandchildren, Bridget K. Gutowski of Palm Bay, FL, Jill A. Campbell of Palm Bay, FL; Sara K. (Joseph) Yeager of Olean, and Emily A. Camberg of Long Beach, CA.; two great granddaughters, Chelsea Gutowski and Chloe Gutowski-Selby; one great grandson, Kemper Conklin; two great great grandsons, Caleb and Lake Gutowski; and several cousins, nieces, and nephews. Alice was predeceased by two infant sons; one sister, Eleanor Wilson; and one niece, Caroline Galmbacher. At her request there will be no public visitation or a funeral service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice. Arrangements are under the direction of the Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, Inc. #646 E. State Street, Olean.
