Susan P. Hack formerly of 433 Genesee St. passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 31, 2010 in the Absolut Salamanca Nursing Home.
Mrs. Hack was born on March 20, 1919 in Olean, and was a daughter of Ignatius and Rosalie Bysiek Piechota. She married Leonard "Mike" Hack, who predeceased her in Nov. 17, 1973. They owned and operated an appliance business in Buffalo for many years.
Mrs. Hack is survived by several nieces and nephews.
Besides her husband, she is predeceased by her siblings, Anna, Stanley, Celia, Helen, Michael, Josephine, and Chester.
Funeral Services will be held today, Monday, Aug. 2, 2010 at 4:00 PM in the Letro McIntosh Spink Funeral Home #646 E. State Street, Olean. The Rev. Edward J. Sheedy, Pastor of St. John's Catholic Church will officiate. There will be no prior visitation. Burial will be in St. Bonaventure Cemetery Allegany.
