Obituary of Sean D. Green

Sean D. Green of 206 South Clinton Street, passed away Monday, Jan. 25, 2010 at home following an apparent heart attack. Born May 18, 1969 in Salamanca he was a son of Dale W. and Josephine Kinnicutt Green. Sean was a 1988 graduate of Olean High School. He worked as a cook in a number of restaurants including Perkins, Appleby's and Bennigan's Grill & Tavern. Sean also owned and operated his own sub shop. He also worked for security at St. Bonaventure University for a number of years. Sean lived in both Fl and Virginia Beach, Virginia for a number of years before returning to Olean. He loved the ocean and being near it. He also enjoyed hand gun target shooting. Surviving Sean are his mother, Josephine E. Green of Olean; two brothers, Dale D. Green, and Nicholas L. Green, both of Olean; and two nephews, Garrett Crosson and Daniel Green. Sean was pre-deceased by his father, Dale W. Green on Dec. 2, 1994. Friends are invited to a Memorial Service which will be held on Saturday, Jan. 30, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. in the Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, Inc. #646 E. State Street, Olean. The Rec. Jay Anthony Gilbert, Pastor of the Rock of Revelation Church, will officiate. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Western New York Chapter, 2805 Wehrle Drive, Suite 6, Williamsville, NY 14221.
