Patricia A. Scripter, of 10318 Cagwin Road Yorkshire passed away, Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2013 at her home following a lengthy illness.
Mrs. Scripter was born July 5, 1926 in Detroit, MI and was a daughter of William and Margaret McMillen Cagwin.
Mrs. Scripter spent most of her life at the family farm on Cagwin Rd. in Delevan and graduated from Delevan High School in 1944 as the Senior Valedictorian. Following her High School graduation she worked for a short time as a school Secretary. In 1968, Mrs. Scripter attended Beauty School. She own and operated her own beauty salon for 15 years, in the town of Delevan. She will be remembered as a loving wife and mother.
Mrs. Scripter is survived by her children and grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held at the Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, 646 E. State St. on Saturday, April 27, 2013 at a time to be announced. Burial will be in the Delevan Cemetery. Online condolences may be made by clicking on the button above.
