Obituary of Anna Kennedy

Anna R. Kennedy formerly of Keller Hill Road, Cuba & Underwood Manor, Hinsdale, passed away Monday, June 24, 2013, at the Pines Health & Rehab in Machias, following a lengthy illness. Anna was born on March 21, 1928 in Buffalo and was a daughter of Edward and Rose Lafchec Bilinski. In 1952 she married Robert W. Kennedy who pre-deceased her in 1989. Anna was 1946 graduate of South Buffalo High School. She also attended the University of Buffalo. Anna worked as a secretary in a couple of different law firms in Buffalo for a period of time and she was also a former member of Our Lady of Angels Church Roman Catholic Church in Cuba. Anna is survived by a son, Douglas Kennedy of Machias; and several nieces & nephews. She was pre-deceased by two sisters, Eleanor Lewandoski and Florence Smolinski; and three brothers, Henry Bilinski, Joseph Bilinski and Edward Bilinski. Friends will be received, Wednesday June 26, 2013 at the Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, Inc. #24 Genesee Pkwy Cuba, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, where funeral services will be held Thursday, June 27, 2013 at 10:30 am. The Rev. Dennis J.J. Mancuso, Pastor of Our Lady of Angels Church, will celebrate. Burial will be in Our Lady of the Angels Cemetery in Cuba.
