Corry A. Converse, of the Rehabilitation Home at 1951 West Fall Rd., passed away on Thursday, Feb. 28, 2013 at Jones Memorial Hospital in Wellsville following an illness. Corry was born on May 6, 1980 in Olean. He worked at Subcon Industries. Corry was a member of the Hillside Wesleyan Church. Corry enjoyed NASCAR-Especially Dale Sr. & Jr., Pittsburg Steelers football, Steven King Movies, soap operas and going top the beach. Corry was a very special and loving person who touched many lives'. Corry is survived by his mother, Anne M. Trimm of Erie, Pa; his father, Duane Converse of Olean; his maternal grandmother, Betty Trimm of Olean; a sister, Maria A. Converse of Olean; two nieces, Tiffani & Angela Showers; and many aunts and uncles. Friends will be received in the Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, #646 E. State Street, Olean, on Tuesday, March 5, 2013 from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, at which time Funeral and Committal Services will be held. The Rev. Richard K. Long, Pastor of Hillside Wesleyan Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Mt. View Cemetery, Olean. Memorials may be made to The Rehabilitation Center 1439 Buffalo Street, Olean, New York 14760.
