Patrick M. Blocher of 205 N. 10th St, passed away at his home, Monday, June 3, 2013.
Mr. Blocher was born Feb. 28, 1952 in Salamanca and was a son of Walter C. and Thelma Tredinnick Blocher. He graduated from Salamanca High School in 1970. Pat earned his Master's Degree in teaching from St. Bonaventure University.
Pat taught at the Wellsville Central School for about 20 years. During this time he also a coached tennis, football, track, baseball, and Junior High basketball. Pat was also himself very athletic though out his life he loved to ski, hunt, and fish.
Pat is survived by two sons, Christopher M. (Katie) Blocher of Olean, and Sean P. Blocher of North Dakota; one brother, Donald W. (Arleen) Blocher of Salamanca; and one sister, Audrey (Matthew) Krysick of Great Valley.
There will be no public visitation. Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family in Calvary Cemetery, Salamanca.
