Obituary of Carol Ann Swick

Carol Ann Swick of 1516 River Street, passed away on Monday, Nov. 13, 2017, at her home. Carol was born on Aug. 23, 1946 in Olean and was a daughter of Peter John and Ann Cedar Jedrosko. On Aug. 19, 1967, she married her husband of 33 years, Roger C. Swick, who predeceased her on April 14, 2001. Carol was a life long resident of Olean. She was a 1964 graduate of Olean High School. Carol worked at Hills Department Store for many years before going to work at Walmart, until her retirement in 2011. She enjoyed sitting on her porch and going to the Casino, but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Carol is survived by; a daughter, Christina L. (Matt Barrick) Irvin of Olean; 4 grandchildren, Trever Willard, Haylee Irvin, Makenzie Barrick, and Matthew Barrick, Jr.; and 3 brothers, Edward (Carol) Jedrosko, John (Sharon) Jedrosko, and Bob (Dee) Jedrosko all of Olean. Along with her loving husband, Carol was predeceased by; 1 son, David M. Swick on Nov. 4, 2004 and 1 sister, Betty Jedrosko. At Carol's request, there will be no Public visitation or Services.
