Laura L. Cody of the Absolut at Salamanca formerly of Bristal Street, Cuba, passed away Sunday, May 25, 2008 in the Olean General Hospital.
Mrs. Cody was born on November 13, 1947 in Tioga, Pa. and was a daughter of Almond and Doris Baker McMinders.
Surviving Ms. Cody are two sons; a daughter; a sister, Donna Lippincott of Montour Falls, N.Y.; and a close friend and caregiver, Virginia Brown of Olean.
There will be no visitation. A Graveside ceremony and burial will be held at a future time to be announced by the family in the Cooper Plains Cemetery, Painted Post, N.Y.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, Inc. #646 E. State Street, Olean, N.Y.
