I was one of Sr. John Francis's students when I started Nursing School in 1974. It was truly a wonderful school under her direction. Was she STRICT? She sure was, but she was always FAIR and supported her students. She invited me to teach at Lourdes, so after GRAD School, I taught there from 1983 until 1992. It was a wonderful experience teaching under her and with her. We always kept in touch at Christmas. I'll miss hearing from her THIS year! God Bless you, Sr. John Francis! P.S. I finished the Program in 1976, but graduated in January, 1977!! Gee, I've been a Nurse (and still am) for MANY years!
