Cuba- Bryan Eugene Stagles “Loving Brother”
Bryan Eugene Stagles formerly of Olean, passed into the loving arms of Jesus on Tuesday, October 18, 2022, at the Cuba Memorial Hospital Skilled Nursing Facility.
Bryan was born on August 26, 1960, in Cleveland, Ohio and was the son of Henry G. and Beatrice M. Campbell Stagles.
Bryan was a graduate of Olean High School with high honors. He held the Golden Key National Collegiate Honor Society. Bryan earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Alfred University. He also graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Business. Bryan served in the USAF from 1980 to 1982 and 1983 to 1986as a radar technician. He was prolific with all electronics and computers. Bryan was a licensed real estate broker and owned several businesses. He traveled extensively in the US and Europe.
Bryan loved a good game of chess. He was gifted, he had a knack for words and wrote many songs and poems.
Brian is survived by; a son, Ryan Stagles of Akron, OH; a brother, Anthony Edward (Lorrzine) Stagles of Olean who were his support and caregivers for many years. 3 half sisters, Sandy Wingrove of Fort Myers, FL, Judy McNeil of Olean and Diane Hall of Chagrin Falls, OH; and several nieces and nephews.
Brian was predeceased by his parents; 2 infant siblings, Robert Allen Stagles and Jenny Stagles; a sister, Lynda Marie Stagles Ryzack and a nephew, Elmer Ellis.
A private committal service will be held at the convenience of the family. The Rev Joe Smith will officiate. Burial will be on the Stagles lot at Mount View Cemetery Arrangements are under the direction of the Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, Inc., 646 E. State St., Olean.
