Obituary of Kathryn Frances Foster

Allegany- Kathryn Frances “Sis” Foster “No Caption” Kathryn Frances Foster of 110 East Main Street Apartment F3 passed away on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, at the Olean General Hospital following an illness. Kathryn was born on November 27, 1943, and was the daughter of Frank Paul and Helen Letro Bizzaro. On January 22, 1966, in Waynesville, NC she married the love of her life Francis E. Foster who survives. Kathryn was a 1961 graduate of Allegany High School. She loved to cook and was always wearing an apron. Kathryn was a longtime cook at St. Mary’s School Cafeteria for many years until around 1996. Then her husband and her owned and operated Foster’s Pub in Ellicottville for about 10 years retiring in 2007. Kathryn attended church at the Basilica of St. Mary of the Angels. She was always known to speak her mind. Along with her loving husband Francis, Kathryn is survived by; 4 children, Molly (Brett) Walter of Williamsport, PA, Patrick (Jen) Foster of Olean, Justin (Pam) Foster of Remsen, and Michael (Kate) Foster of Beacon; 8 grandchildren, Joseph, Nicole, Jacob, Andrew, Hattie, Paola, Hana and Eli; and 2 siblings, Mick (Pat) Bizarro and Tom Bizarro. Kathryn was predeceased by her parents and her sister Cheryl Bizarro. There will be no services at this time.
