Marjorie J. "Midge" Williams, of 301 West Henley Street, formerly of 414 � North 9th Street, passed away Thursday, April 10, 2014, following a lengthy illness. Midge was born Nov. 20, 1933 in Towanda and was a daughter of Alfred and Mary Costeski Cole. She was married to Harry A. "Hedgie" Williams, who predeceased her on Jan. 7, 2007. Midge worked several places including A & P Bakery, Sanzo Beverage, and the Brown Bear Restaurant. She enjoyed Bingo, cooking, and canning, but most of all she enjoyed her friends at the Brookside Community. Midge is survived by one son, Andy G. (Christine) Cole of Portville; two grandchildren, Hannah M. & Michael A. Cole; three siblings, Doris V. Mohr of Orlando, FL, Ruth I. Baglione of Olean, and Donald Cole of Olean; and several nieces and nephews. Along with her loving husband, Midge was predeceased by one brother, Rodney L. Cole in 2004. Friends will be received Sunday, April 13, 2014 at the Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, Inc. #646 E. State Street Olean from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, at which time a Funeral Service will be held. The Rev. David Tourville, Associate Pastor of the St. Mary of the Angels Church will officiate. Burial will be at the St. Bonaventure Cemetery.
