Obituary of Mary C. McConnell

Allegany – Mary C. McConnell "No Caption, Thank You" Mary C. McConnell, 33, of Allegany, passed away on Thursday, June 3, 2021 at the Olean General Hospital following an unexpected and brief illness. Mary was born on June 1, 1988 in Olean and was the daughter of Gerald and Frieda Budde McConnell. She was a graduate of Franklinville High School. Mary worked several jobs in her past and then started working at the Boser Farms, where she was currently working. She enjoyed the cows and the work, and she though she had finally found her forever job. Mary leaves behind her daughters; Monica and Olivia, both at home, and they were the love of her life; her mother, Frieda McConnell; her sister, Cynthia Pilat; 4 brothers, Michael, Frederick, Joseph, and Gerald McConnell; several nieces and nephews; and her significant other, Daniel Ayers. Mary was predeceased by her father, Gerald McConnell and her sister, Patricia "Patsy" McConnell. Friends will be received at the Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, Inc., 646 East State Street, Olean on June 9, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at which time a Memorial Service will be held.
