Obituary of Elizabeth Ann Hall

Connellsville – Elizabeth Ann "Betty Ann" Hall "Loving Mom & Grandma" Elizabeth Ann "Betty Ann" Hall, of 628 Will Road, passed away on Sunday April 11, 2021 at the Olean General Hospital, following an illness. Betty Ann was born on August 16, 1944 in Trotter, PA and was a daughter of John Edward and Helen Kostelnik Linko. On September 24, 1964, at St. Vincent DePaul's Church in Leisenring, PA, she married her husband of 51 years, John Walter Hall, who predeceased her on November 3, 2015. Betty Ann attended the Five Mile Baptist Church in Allegany, while visiting her family. She enjoyed baking, cooking, quilting, and crocheting. Betty Ann was well known for baking bread. She loved going to and playing bingo, but she truly loved raising her family. Betty Ann is survived by; 6 children, Elizabeth A. (Donald) Thomas of Scottsdale, PA, Mellissa S. Chambers and Thomas E. Hall of Casper, WY, William K. Hall of Rawlins, WY, Christina M. (Amos) Giles of Dunbar, PA, and Pennelope (Jeffery) Steyer of Connellsville, PA; 8 grandchildren, Daniel (Shelly), James, Harold, Crystal (William), Scot, Kattie-Jo, Tiffani, and Bryan; 17 great grandchildren; and 5 great great grandchildren. Along with her loving husband, John, Betty Ann was predeceased by her parents, and 2 brothers John & Gene Linko. Friends will be received at the Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, Inc., 646 East State Street, Olean, Today, April 13, 2021 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, at which time a Funeral Service will be held.
