Obituary of Harry Edward Weimer

Hendersonville – Harry Edward Weimer Harry Edward Weimer, 82 of Hendersonville, NC passed away on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 due to complications from COVID. Harry was born February 18, 1938, in Port Allegany PA, and was a son of Stacy Weimer and his mother, and stepfather Vera and Harold Freer who predeceased him. He married Cynthia Ann Fortner, on September 27, 1969, who survives. Harry was a 1957 graduate of Port Allegany High School and worked at Pierce Glass/Ball from 1957 to retirement as a production foreman in 1997. Harry was an active member of the Liberty Masons, receiving this 33rd degree in 1996. He and Cindy were also active square and round dancers. Harry’s favorite pastime was golfing. He was also an avid woodworker. Along with his wife, Harry is survived by; 4 children, Peri Ann (Kevin) Best of Napa, CA, Brian Weimer of Sutter, CA, Craig (Dee Dee) Weimer of Yuba City, CA, and Donald (Lynne) Weimer of Portville, NY, 10 Grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. There will not be visitation or a funeral at this time.
