Peggy Ann Quintana of 713 Bishop St, formerly of Sugarland, TX passed away Friday, May 9, 2014, at her home following a lengthy illness.
Peggy was born April 10, 1947 in Honolulu, HI. She was a graduate of the Sacred Hearts Academy of Honolulu, HI. Peggy moved first to Colorado and then to Sugarland, Texas. While in Sugarland she worked for Kroger's Grocery in Customer Service and as a Manager for more than 10 years. Peggy then became a Preschool Teacher at the Primrose School of Sugarland for about 8 years before retiring due to her illness in 2013. She recently moved to Olean due to her illness to be with her daughter. She enjoyed nature, her pet cats, and gardening. She was a good cook, but most of all Peggy loved being with her family.
Peggy is survived by three children, Philip F. Burton of Olean, Jennifer Quintana of Olean, and Mark A. Quintana of Houston, TX; twin granddaughters, Mackenzie & Hailey Quintana; and one sister, Susan (Kedrick) Hasha of Waikiki, HI.
At the family's request there will be no Public Visitation or Funeral Services. Arrangements are under the direction of the Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, Inc. #646 E. State Street Olean, New York 14760.
