James P. Pascucci of 655 East Highland Avenue, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2014, shortly after arrival at the Olean General Hospital.
Mr. Pascucci was born Sep. 8, 1942 in Olean and was a son of Orlando F. and Mary L. Sturm Pascucci. On March 2, 1968, he married his wife of almost 46 years Bonita K. Gross, who survives.
Jim served in the Navy from Feb. 2, 1960 to Aug. 31, 1966. He worked at Cooper Industries in Olean for 28 years from 1968 until 1996. Jim was know to be a very good fisherman and an avid woodworker.
Along with his loving wife, Jim is survived by three children, Rick (Jacki) Howard of Michigan, David Pascucci of Hinsdale, and Tamara Pascucci of Olean; six grandchildren, Justin, Dakota, Katlyn, Bayli, Jaggar, and Xander; two brothers, Tom (Margie) Pascucci of Portville, and Michael Pascucci of Olean; and two sisters, Patricia Welch of Olean, and Judith Haight of Olean.
