Uncle Harley, man I'm going to miss you! I hold dear all of my memories of you from my childhood. I always loved coming up to visit you. You and aunt Janie made me feel so good knowing you loved coming to watch me play softball. I too will always remember spin the piggy in our pool that one summer. I hope your boys are comforted knowing how many lives you brought love and light too. I hold dear your impact on both me and my kids. I hope you had an amazing reunion with aunt Janie. Please tell my mom and all of our other family that I love each and every one of them.

Harley had a heart of gold and would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. or the hair off his head if it would help, but that is another story. recently Harley and i were in a little discussion about helping people. he told me he got a lot of enjoyment out of helping people but wanted nothing in return. at the time we were discussing me helping him with picnic supplies. so i just said well let me be happy and help. he just kind of smiled and said ok.
Brother i hope you and Janie are snuggled up on a big love seat just enjoying each other. i know your surrounded by our loved ones whom have gone before us. now it is time to rest and relish what you have accomplished and the many lives you have touched and made better.I'm not saying good bye, but see you later. rest in peace my brother.

Ill miss this man more than I can ever put in to words.
Thanks for always making time for your girls. Thanks for putting us to work as kids and teaching us about that strong work ethic. For making time for me and my family every visit back even though you were sick and tired. I will cherish our breakfasts and long chats.
Thank you for never forgetting my Birthday, for just “checking in”, and for always providing a place and a person to turn to.

I’ll never forget the summer him and Aunt Janie came down to visit us in South Carolina. He hopped in the pool and on the inner tube, and us kids jumped in and said “Spin the piggy!!!” From that summer on, he’s always been and always will be our Piggyface. He had a great sense of humor, always joking around, always encouraging. I loved spending time with him on our trips up to New York. He was an amazing uncle, had a genuine soul and heart. Fly high Uncle Harley, give a hug and a kiss to Aunt Janie, my mom, and the rest of my aunts and uncles for me. Until we meet again ❤️
