Obituary of Barbara J. Donohue

 

Olean – Barbara J. Donohue    "Loving Mother, Grandmother, and Sister"

 

            Barbara J. Donohue, 69, of 132 North Union Street, passed away on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at the Cuba Memorial Hospital, following an illness.

 

            Barbara was born on July 26, 1948 in Olean and was a daughter of the late George R. donohue and Rebecca J. Baker.

 

            Barbara worked many years at AVX and at Advanced Monolythic Ceramics.  She also tended bar at several area establishments.

 

            Barbara is survived by; a son, Brandon Donohue of Jacksonville, NC, 3 daughter, Tracy Knepshield Vacca and Shani Knepshield Turner both of Montana, and Jennifer Knepshield of Olean; a brother Mike (Kate) Donohue of Olean; 2 sisters, Jamie (John) Kasper and Maureen Psathas both of Olean; 2 grandchildren, Jayden and Teniesha Donohue; and many nieces and nephews.

 

            Barbara was predeceased by a sister Cheryl Gallagher on March 6, 2017 and a brother, Jeffrey Hensley in 1989.

 

A private memorial service will be held by the family.
