Pascal F. Baldi of 657 South Union Street passed away Sunday, June 8, 2008 in the Millard Fillmore Gates Circle Hospital, Buffalo. Mr. Baldi was born on Sept. 22, 1942 in Buffalo and was a son of Pascal and Mabel Leon Baldi. On Aug. 16, 1985 in Portville he married Duaynea R. Seeley. Mr. Baldi was a self employed carpenter retiring in 2003 due to his health. He enjoyed metal detecting and was known for his auction. Mr. Baldi enjoyed working around his house and especially his garage. He loved his family and truly enjoyed being with his grandchildren. Surviving Mr. Baldi besides his wife are a son, Anthony Baldi of Temecula, CA; a step son, Gerald (Trisha) Benjamin of Olean; a step daughter, Keri L. (Daniel) Simon of Olean; eight grandchildren; three sisters, Antoinette Baldi of Oviedo, Fl., Jacqueline Day of Statesville, NC., and Cecelia (Gene Gerwitz) Day of Hastings, MI. Friends will be received in the Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, Inc. #646 E. State Street, Olean on Saturday, June 14, 2008 from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. at which time a Memorial Services will be held. The Rev. James Whitman, Pastor of the Grace Alliance Church of Olean will officiate. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
