Mrs. Hazzard formerly of 2570 Canal Ave., Olean passed away Tuesday April 12, 2011 at the Wellsville Manor Nursing Home.
Mrs. Hazzard was born on September 22, 1920 in Wellsville to Milo and Mable Simmons Sherwood. She was formerly married to Harland F. Cline. She married Albert W. Hazzard on August 29, 1981 in Olean, who preleased her on January 1 1999.
Mrs. Hazzard was a graduate of Wellsville High School and she enjoyed flower gardening and working around her house.
Surviving Mrs. Hazzard are a son, Harland Larry Cline of Allegany; two grandsons, Christopher T. (Amanda) Cline of Allegany, and Dana M. (Donna) Cline of Macon GA; two great granddaughters, Hannah I. Cline and Katelyn E. Cline; a brother, Richard "Dick' (Vivian) Sherwood of Hallsport; and several nieces & nephews.
Mrs. Hazzard was pre-deceased by two sisters, Valda Helmhold and Wilma Robbins.
Friends will be received in the Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, Inc. #646 E. State Street, Olean on Friday April 15, 2011 from 3PM to 5PM. No funeral service will be observed. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Wellsville.
