Obituary of Peter L. White�

Peter L. White of 275 Kinney Hollow Road, passed away Thursday, May 15, 2008 from injuries sustained in a work related accident in Dayton. Mr. White was born on June 24, 1952 in Jamestown and was a son of Maurice & Mary Dennison White. On July 28, 1990 in Olean he married Gloria Hedlund, who survives. Mr. White was a graduate of Falconer High School Class 1970. He own and operated Peter's U-Trim cow hoof trimming business. Mr. White was a member of the Living Waters Church where he had just started teaching the Men's Bible Study. He was devoted to his Lord and his family. Surviving besides his wife are his mother, Mary White of Sinclairville; a daughter, Lisa M. (Matt) Sampson of Waterboro, Maine; two grandsons, Ian & Gavin Sampson; two brothers, Terry (Linda) White of Sanford, NC and Bruce (Sandy) White of Kennedy; two sisters, Jean (Randy) Kickbush of Conewango Valley and Betty (Ted) Olson of Randolph; and several nieces & nephews. Mr. White was pre-deceased by his Father Maurice White on March 22, 2006. Friends will be received on Sunday, May 18, 2008 in the Living Waters Church #3036 W. State St., Olean from 2-4 PM at which time funeral and committal services will be held. The Rev. R. Michael Nolder, Pastor, Will officiate. Burial will be in the Valley View Cemetery, Ellington, N.Y.
